Candlelit creates a complete candlelight layer for private garden parties, milestone celebrations, fundraisers, weddings, corporate events, and other elevated gatherings across Chicago.

We begin with the room, the way guests move through it, and the moments that deserve more presence. The result is one considered atmosphere, from the first arrival to the final toast.

Candlelit is a preferred vendor at The Poppy Estate, with installations at Salvage One and Highland Loft. We have also brought candlelight to Four Seasons Chicago, The Crawford, Hawk Country Club, Oak & Rose Tea Room, private garden parties, and milestone celebrations.

White and ivory pearled wax are standard. Premium colors are available in a curated range, including warm neutrals, blues, greens, reds, purples, pinks, black, yellow, and orange. If you have a particular color in mind, reach out to see what is available for your celebration. Full-service installations include design direction, delivery, setup, on-site styling, candle management when needed, venue coordination, and post-event removal. Installations begin at $1,500.

What kinds of Chicago events do you design for?

Candlelit designs for weddings, galas, charity functions, fundraisers, private dinners, corporate events, venue activations, showers, engagements, quinceañeras, memorial gatherings, and other elevated celebrations.

Can one installation cover more than one part of an event?

Yes. One plan can carry through arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and focal moments so the experience feels connected.

Do you offer open-flame, enclosed, and flameless options?

Yes. We design with open flame, enclosed flame, and flameless options, then coordinate with the venue to select the right approach for each space.

Are you insured?

Yes. Candlelit is insured and can provide a certificate of insurance, or COI, when a venue or planner requires it.

What colors are available?

White and ivory pearled wax are standard. Premium colors are available for an additional investment. Reach out with your palette or a special color request, and we will confirm the best available options.

Where do you travel?

Candlelit serves Chicago and Chicagoland, including Chicago, Chicago Suburbs, Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, and select Midwest destinations.
